Adventure Soft is a video game developer founded in 1984 by Mike Woodroffe. Their first adventure game was Simon the Sorcerer, followed by Simon the Sorcerer 2 two years later. As the industry was shifting towards 3D action games, they made an isometric adventure game called Feeble Files in 1997 and a 3D first person adventure game called Simon 3D in 2002. These adventures did not do as well as hoped, and today Adventure Soft licenses the Simon the Sorcerer franchise to outside developers.
