ResidualVM is a program (based on ScummVM) that lets you run classic 3D adventure games on Windows, MacOS X and Linux.

It was originally created to support the two games made with GrimE, as they were the residual adventure games by LucasArts that weren't supported by ScummVM.  It was also a word pun, as grime is a residue.  It has since been expanded to support engines from several other games.

As of the current stable build (0.2.0), two games are officially supported, Grim Fandango and Myst III. In the unstable development builds, Escape from Monkey Island and The Longest Journey are also completable.

Adventure Games Supported by ResidualVM:
LucasArts GrimE Games:
Released in 1998. Uncover a mystery of crime and corruption in the Land of the Dead.

Presto Studios Sprint Games:
Released in 2001. The stranger searches for a book of Ages which was stolen by a man who seeks vengeance upon the man who wrote it.
